What does a Sales Intern at PRC do?
A Sales Intern will support our Client Success team in sourcing leads and contributing to the growth of PRC’s client list. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in sales and client success processes, while working alongside a dynamic team committed to improving PRC’s position in the market.
The intern will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, helping our team expand PRC’s reach. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in sales, marketing, or business development.
More Specifically,
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients using online tools, databases, and market resources.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects to support the Client Success Manager’s efforts.
- Qualify leads by gathering information on potential clients’ needs and decision-making processes.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on PRC’s products, services, and competitive advantages.
- Outreach Support:
- Assist in outreach efforts, including email campaigns, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Collaborate with the Client Success team to follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking lead interactions and progress.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for the Client Success team
What does a Sales Intern at PRC need?
Knowledge
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
