What does a Client Success Manager at PRC do?

A Client Success Manager (CSM) at PRC is responsible for ensuring the success of our clients throughout their entire partnership. Acting as a trusted advisor and advocate, the CSM empowers clients to optimize PRC’s solutions and achieve their goals while fostering long-term relationships. Alongside this primary responsibility, the CSM actively identifies and drives new business opportunities, contributing to PRC’s growth.

Balancing client success and business development, the CSM plays a critical role in retaining clients and expanding PRC’s reach by uncovering unique client challenges and offering impactful solutions.

Client Success

  • Serve as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met through PRC’s products and services.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of PRC’s solutions, including survey design, interviewing, and reporting tools, to provide expert guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate across internal teams, including service, survey design, and interviewing teams, to align efforts and deliver exceptional results.
  • Monitor client performance and engagement, identifying opportunities for additional support or optimization.
  • Proactively offer resources, insights, and solutions to help clients succeed.

Business Development

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for PRC.
  • Leverage client relationships and market insights to uncover prospects and secure new clients.
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process, analyzing their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
    • Arrange and conduct business meetings.
    • Prepare and conduct presentations both in person and remotely.
    • Initiate sales contracts as prepared internally adhering to legal regulations and guidelines.
    • Regularly follow-up.
  • Build a pipeline of new opportunities by networking, thought leadership, and leveraging PRC’s reputation for excellence.
  • Partner with marketing to craft relevant, timely communications that support business development efforts.
  • Travel as needed to meet client and business objectives.

    What does a Client Success – Sales Manager at PRC need to be successful?

    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required.
    • Experience in Business-to-Business sales preferred.
    • Knowledge of the organizational structure of hospitals/healthcare systems is a plus.
    • Previous experience selling to hospitals, or specifically healthcare experience solutions, is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and in Salesforce.
    • Strong ability to think strategically.
    • A driven self-starter with a proven track record in quota-carrying roles, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a focus on balancing client advocacy and revenue growth.
    • Experience meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving sales revenue goals for both new and retained business.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • A consultative approach to identifying challenges, providing solutions, and driving results.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client satisfaction and business impact.
    • High degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
    • Professionalism, including representing PRC both internally and externally, and working well with others in a spirit of cooperation toward a common goal.
    • Polite, professional, and courteous.
    • Honest, discreet, ethical, and trustworthy.
    • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
