This year, we launched CARES™ Connect, our Readmissions Reduction program, helping clients achieve both a reduction in readmissions and notable improvements across HCAHPS dimensions. We’ve also strengthened our AI capabilities with new enhancements to our Comments Analytics tool, offering deeper insights into qualitative data to identify trends and themes with greater precision. Together with our predictive analytics, these advancements empower our clients to make more informed, strategic decisions organization-wide.

Our HXF team has worked closely with clients to elevate patient experience through leadership development workshops focused on empowering physicians, fostering frontline human-centered care, and promoting healthy communication and conflict management. RatingsMD has continued to support our clients in maximizing search engine optimization by transforming patient experience feedback into accessible, consumer-friendly ratings.

This year, we proudly welcomed two new partners to our ecosystem: ProNexus and Oculi Data.
